Christmas officially began at the Seare house one saturday when we set up our tree and hung our very first set of christmas lights. Unfortunately (for my loving, obliging husband) turns out the new LED lights are really bright, like so bright they look blue. If you know anything about me, know that I HATE blue christmas lights. There's nothing christmas about blue. I'm a hater so what? It took us about 2 hours to hang them and about 2 secs for me to be utterly and ridiculously disappointed. I may or may not have thrown a hissy fit! So..... we made another trip back to Lowes and a day later we had gorgeous yellow/white and classy christmas lights :) thanks to my love!

After
The rest of December we celebrated the season by seeing a Live Nativity (not really we actually missed it but whatever, we tried), going to the Magical Forest and seeing the lights, many trips to 7-11 for their amazing hot chocolate, doing/giving service, baking goodies, listening to christmas music around the clock and shopping til we dropped. On Friday 21 after work we hopped in our car and drove to Utah to spend Christmas with our families.
